All of Jumeirah’s career opportunities are advertised on our portal. You can upload your details and follow the instructions to complete your applicant profile. Jumeirah Group uses a sophisticated profile management system enabling us to track all applications online, also enabling us to communicate with you through every step of the process.

 

Talent Identification Process

Following your application online you will receive a personal candidate application number, enabling you to review your application, monitor your status and view new roles. Our Talent Acquisition teams will be able to access your application and provide you with updates. Should your application be shortlisted, you will receive a message from our team who will advise you of the next stages, and invite you to interview or to an assessment centre depending on the role you have applied for.

 

Post selection

If your application is unsuccessful on this occasion, you will receive an email notification. You can, of course, choose to apply again in the future for other roles which you feel suit your skills.

If you are selected for a particular role, our team will be in touch with you to advise on the next stages of your offer and joining formalities.

Can I send my CV to a friend within Jumeirah to help me get a job?

In order to manage your application in the most effective manner, we recommend that you submit it online via our careers website. We really welcome our colleagues to recommend their friends and you would be able to mention as part of your application that you are friends with a Jumeirah employee.  

 

Does Jumeirah have an Employee Referral Program?

Yes, and as part of your application you can notify us that you applied due to a recommendation from a friend through our careers website.

 

Do I have to register my CV on the Jumeirah Careers Website?

In order to be considered for the role you are interested in and for your application to reach the correct team then yes, you should submit an online application. 

 

Does the Jumeirah Careers Website include new openings across the globe?

Yes, every role within Jumeirah globally is advertised on our careers website.

 

Can I go back to my application and amend it?

Once submitted it is only possible to make limited changes, so please make sure your application is as complete as possible before submitting it online. 

 

How long will it take until I hear back from you?

As soon as you apply online you will receive an email notification. If you don’t receive this email, please check the Junk folder in your email before contacting us.

 

How long does the whole process take from application to hiring?

We are experiencing high volumes of applications at the moment, however we truly value every application made to Jumeirah. Once we have carefully considered your application we will advise you on the next steps. 

 

Once I am successful and have been given an offer, how long will it take until I can start with Jumeirah?

As we have locations across the globe and the joining formalities vary, one of our team will contact you directly in order to discuss your specific joining date. 

 

Do I need to provide you with original qualification certificates?

For certain roles yes, they will also have to be attested for some of our locations. We will provide further details later in the process.

 

Will you contact my current employer for a reference?

Upon being offered a job, we will need references from at least two previous employers who we will contact directly, with your permission.
