Alexandre Dufeu
Alexandre began his career in 2009 at the Grand Hotel Des Thermes in France as Chef de Partie. He then joined the Hotel Plaza Athenee as Commis Patissier, working up to Chef Patissier in 2015 under mentors Alain Ducasse and Angelo Musa. In 2021, he joined Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, revitalizing the pastry experience from the lobby to in-room dining and across the hotel's restaurants.
